Implementation
Once you’ve signed-up, implementing a new publication takes just 3 steps:
  1. Supply your PDF (in this standard specification) to us in one of the 4 ways described here.
  2. Complete and send us your inbro setup form, which tells us how you’d like your inbro e-brochure set up. Clients can log in to download a setup form.
  3. Update your website with the new links. These are very straightforward links, which should take only moments for your webmaster to set up. Clients can log in to see full instructions and examples.

Technical Support
Before, during and after set-up, we are on hand to help with any technical support questions or issues and to assist with adding the inbro links to your website.
PDF Specification
PDFs are widely used by design and print companies, so should be easy to obtain if you don’t already have one for your publication.
For each publication that you wish to implement as an inbro e-brochure, we need an Adobe PDF file meeting this specification:
  • A single file containing all pages in the correct order.
  • Each page in the PDF to represent a single page image (ie not a 2 page spread).
  • Graphics at 300dpi resolution. If you supply at higher resolution, we will render down to 300dpi (and 72dpi for emailing). If you supply at less than 300dpi then image quality is likely to be degraded and will not provide an acceptable user experience.
  • Text rendered as ASCII text with embedded fonts, rather than rasterised or vectorised.
  • No crop marks or other printer markups.
How to supply your PDF to us
You can supply your PDF to us in 4 ways:
  • Upload it. Clients can upload PDFs by logging in here. To upload a PDF for a free trial, sign-up here.
  • FTP. Send it to our inbro.net FTP server using your secure inbro account access.
  • Email it to us at service@inbro.net. Please note that email is generally only suitable for files up to 25MB.
  • Post it to us on CD or DVD at this address.
